Life After Abortion provides free and confidential services to anyone who is considering an abortion or facing an unexpected pregnancy. We believe women deserve a safe place to learn about all the options available without coercion, judgment or cost involved. We do not financially benefit from any decision made. We're simply here for you, no matter what.
Pregnancy decision support
Through the Life After Abortion we provide free pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, nurse consultations, information on all your options, abortion pill reversal, resources, referrals, and more.
Abortion information
We provide information on medication abortions (the abortion pill), how it works, what to expect, side-effects, and more. We can also share information on abortion procedures, the types of abortions legal in Georgia, and what happens during an abortion.

Before you decide
There are many abortion procedures available. Before saying yes to any of them, it’s imperative that you understand the methods and risks involved. It's also important to have an ultrasound performed so that you can know exactly how far along you are and if the pregnancy is viable.
